Due to these questions being asked very frequently, we will not respond to any question that is already answered here. We are a small, family operated company that services several thousand customers and it is just not possible to respond to them all. Payment Questions

We accept payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), GreenBeanPay and e-check, money order, or cash through local pick-up!
Credit Card is used by following the integration at checkout. This integration will take you through a secure NMI gateway using either your Visa or Mastercard.
GreenBeanPay can be used through our easy-to-use gateway. This form of payment is similar to Zelle and Venmo. You will only need to verify your bank account once through a secure verification system called Plaid, used by many financial verification systems. After you have been verified, you will be able to make future payments by using your phone number and a secure code that is sent to your phone during checkout.
E-check can be used through our easy-to-use gateway simply by entering your routing and account number. PLEASE double check these numbers. Once your check is processed and verified, your order will ship. For faster shipping, please use GreenBeanPay. After successful transactions using e-check we will begin to ship your order same day.
Money orders can be purchased at several retail locations as well as your local post office! Money orders must be made out to HK ADVANCE LLC with the proper invoice total and sent to 1000 N. Chapel St., PO Box 83, Louisville, OH 44641. Please send a picture of your money order and addressed envelope to info.hkadvance@gmail.com

Product Questions

Our products are all packaged in sealed, resealable, food safe Mylar barrier bags. They block all light, air, moisture and are excellent for long-term storage.
All of our inventory is prepackaged to allow for fast order fulfillment. We do not currently offer package sizes other than what is listed on our website. We do offer wholesale pricing to legitimate botanical businesses. Please email us to inquire.
We do not package our products to order. They are all prepackaged and ready to go for fast shipping. Unfortunately, it is cost prohibitive to open the packages and repack them.
We include a free random sample of Mitragyna Speciosa with every purchase unless you live in a restricted area. We do not send out free samples without purchase. We offer packages as small as 1oz as well as sample packs at an affordable price to try before making the move onto a larger purchase.
Many of our products come from overseas and can take time to arrive. We have been experiencing massive delays in US Customs and it makes it very difficult to determine an arrival time. Please bare with us and know that your favorite product will return soon!
If the product is listed out of stock, we do not have it in stock. We do not like to make promises on when a product will arrive because it is often unpredictable. You can "subscribe" to a specific item by submitting your email in the "in-stock notifier" under the product page. This will send you an automated email when the item is restocked.
No we can not. Many of our products are not approved by the FDA for consumption and can not be sold for that purpose. We are not medical professionals and we can not provide medical advice. Our products are sold as a botanical specimen with no claims or directions for use. Please do not ask how to consume, what effects a certain herb will provide, dosage advice, etc.
Please check out our Returns Policy for more information. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless it is a fault of our own.
We do not send out products for free. You are more than welcome to help other customers by writing a review about your purchase on our website or Facebook page. We don't believe in sending out product samples for review as it can be looked at as compensation for positive reviews.

Shipping Questions

We offer local pickups Monday-Friday. Customers must message our Facebook page or email us at support@ohiobotanicals.com.
When using Credit Card, your order will ship same day. When using Zelle your order will ship same day. When paying by e-check using eDebit Direct, your order will ship within 3-5 business days after the check has been cleared (this will be same day after we establish successful transactions with you). When using GreenBeanPay by eDebit Direct, your order will typically ship within 1 business day as long as funds clear (funds are verified instantly using this method). When paying by money order your order will ship out once the money order has been received. When paying by bitcoin your order will ship same day as funds are instantly transferred. If your order was placed with USPS shipping, your order will ship Monday-Friday. Shipping labels are typically printed between 4PM and 5PM EST. You will receive an email with shipment tracking info once the labels are printed.
We ship via USPS. For USPS we offer First Class 3-5 day, Priority 2-3 day, and Priority Express 1-2 day. ONLY Priority Mail comes with insurance! If you select First Class Mail and it is lost or stolen, we are not responsible! The extra couple of bucks for Priority Mail with insurance and faster shipping is well worth it! UPS is available during the holiday season. Orders placed with UPS shipping will ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

These prices may change if and when the USPS changes their current rates. We offer free First Class shipping on all orders over $75.00 after any discounts have been applied. Exclusions apply.
Absolutely! All of our shipments are shipped in ordinary USPS mailers and do not contain any markings as to what product is inside. Our return address simply lists OB LLC as the sender.
The USPS has a habit of not scanning packages into the tracking system upon arrival. If they choose to not scan the package, there won't be any updated tracking info. Please yell at the USPS, not us. We do not have any control over the USPS or their operations. UPS is available during the holiday season when USPS experiences issues and delays.
All USPS First Class and Priority Mail delivery windows are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Please understand that Ohio Botanicals LLC does not own or operate the USPS. We always ship orders as fast as we can. We can not control how fast the USPS gets the package to you. If you have concerns with the services of the USPS, please contact them at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm?
Occasionally the USPS will mark a package as delivered when it has not yet arrived. This is very rare. If your package states that it has been delivered and you have not yet received it, it is important that you call your local post office right away with your tracking number. If it has not actually been delivered, they can locate it for you. Also, be sure to check around the house, porch, side door, or with neighbors to make sure it wasn't left there.
