Returns Policy

Regarding our returns policy, all returns/refunds are subject to a $5 return fee. Ohio Botanicals is not responsible for return shipping costs

Returns/refunds must be started within 14 days of delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns must be sent back in original packaging or they will not be accepted.

Returns must contain at least 80% of product to receive full refund/store-credit. Ohio Botanicals reserves the right to refuse an exchange on returned merchandise upon inspection of the product. If the product is not in its original condition, Ohio Botanicals has the right to reject the return.

Once the return is received and accepted/rejected, Ohio Botanicals will send you an email to notify you with the details. If accepted, a refund/store-credit will be processed.
